Biography

Georgia Ward Dyer is an artist and researcher, whose work explores the intersection between the philosophy and artificial intelligence. She is specifically interested in the relationship between language and image, and how taxonomies and archives relate to meaning. Through her creative work she has established cross-disciplinary collaborations with scientists from diverse, cutting-edge fields such as epigenetics, quantum computing and machine learning, with recent work focusing on applications of folklore, myth and magic to machine learning. Georgia holds a degree in Philosophy (University of Cambridge, UK) and a MA in Information Experience Design (Royal College of Art, London).
