Mami Yamasaki

A graduate of macrobiotics at Seishoku Kyokai Cooking School in Japan, Mami Yamasaki has over ten years experience as a chef and caterer. Having worked in Osaka and New York, Mami has recently moved to Berlin, where she will be cooking regularly at Cocoliebe,┬áNeuk├Âlln. Focusing mainly on vegan and vegetarian food, Mami’s approach combines traditional Japanese and world kitchens with quality ingredients, time and care. For the opening of Urban Knights on 30th June, Mami will be providing a sample of her unique food.
